Difference: VideoStreaming (1 vs. 11)

Troubleshooting

FMLE needs the input device to remain unchanged; swapping webcams or changing ports can change the windows device name. In this case FMLECmd emits an error on the command line, but doesn't save it into it's log file. If there is a log file with just the FMLE preamble, then it may be the device has changed name. It usually seems to be the microphone device, e.g. (HD Pro Webcam C920) -> (2- HD Pro Webcam C9. Changing this in the xml will fix the issue, FMLELauncher just has to be run again.

Trans-coding with Flash Video Encoder - requires windows installation. This was done remotely by Marek using an administrator user named `webcast` in the cern domain.

See the attached xml file for the configuration. This can be loaded using the FMLE GUI, or by running FMLECmd.exe in a cmd prompt. This binary can also be used to register a session to start automatically. Use the FMLELauncher.exe to launch the registered session.

To start on boot, create a scheduled task under the machines local administrator account. The task needs to run the FMLELauncher binary, with no options. It must start on boot even if the user is not logged in.
