There is a an interface to the TrackCaloMatch tool called ITrackCaloMatch, which can be found in Tr/TrackInterfaces under the LHCB software project.

This tool, written by M. Needham, gets the energy deposited in the calorimeters, associated to the track. The returned value is the appropriately weighted sum of the deposits in the electromagnetic and hadronic calorimeters and preshower. The tool returnes zero when no deposit was found.

It should be initalized, and can then be called by passing it an LHCb track.
