Event Index is a search engine for LHCb events located at https://eindex.cern.ch/ . It's a searchable index of MicroDSTs from strippings 20, 20r1, 21, 21r1. Its inner workings are described in the article Current capabilities:

  • Retrieving the list of LFNs containing the search results.
  • ROOT files download via "Download" button in dashboard For search results containing less than 1000 events ROOT files can be retrieved from GRID. This can take a couple of hours. The code for GRID collector is available on GitLab
  • Event visualization via Event Display integration. For search results containing less than 1000 events ROOT files can be retrieved from GRID - and they are automatically converted for Event Display. Example
