ODE identifers for Optical links

  The ODE identifiers used for the connectivity test are described here.
These identifiers might also be sent on the first collision of a each LHC Cycle (BCId =0) by ODE.
This capability is usefull to cross-check time alignment procedure.

For a given ODE and a given link, the expect pattern can be obtain by issuing the following commands on our main ECS server.
