The panel tmuOLStatus.pnl is used to see what kind of raw input data are received from ODE and if they are recognized (or not):

red led = no data recognized on any PU link green led = same kind of data recognized on all PU links yellow led = data are recognized recognized on some PU links

It gives the possibility to look at which kind of data (IDLE, GOL, CONNECTIVITY or LHCb DATA) are received on each PU ports: M5-M4-M3-M2-M1-M1 via the View PU button. This panel look at raw input data before masking by the PUs masking features.

The panel TimeAlign.pnl to detect bad links to mask: ATTENTION: opening this panel change the mask setting. It should not be used while data taking.

This tool is usefull to see/search which links are not operational and to define the masks to apply to them.

When no data are received the value for alignment stay to 0x0000. So a process in which we loop on all links selecting only one per Pu (M5-M4-M3b-M3a-M2b-M2a-M1-M1) at each loop and looking if the alignment process gives a value equal or different of 0 is an effective way to detect bad links that need to be masked to 0.

Set the masks with panel AllOptLinkMasls.pnl before a test:

Once the links to mak have been identified open this panel to set the masks and masks values for each PU in the hardware. Bad links should be masked with value 0.
