Analog signals from the Tracker are digitized and compressed in the Tracker Data Reduction boards (TDR). The next node in the data acquisition (DAQ) tree system, the JINF, receives data from up to 24 TDRs. In the JINF, the data from the TDRs are collated, buffered and sent to the top level JINJ boards.     In this directory you can find several symbolic links to few directories in pcpoc08

    1. Monitor: it contains some script for the block decoding and calibration/data monitoring.
    2. AMSWireCommander: from this directory you can send directly AMSWire commands through JMDC. You can also find some script for the load of new configuration files, DSP codes, setting parameters, ...

    In this directory you can find several symbolic links to few directories in pcpoc08

    1. Monitor: it contains some script for the block decoding and calibration/data monitoring.
    2. AMSWireCommander: from this directory you can send directly AMSWire commands through JMDC. You can also find some script for the load of new configuration files, DSP codes, setting parameters, ...
    3. JMDCCommander: in this directory you can manage JMDC instructions. You can find here scripts to perform calibration, data taking, ...
    4. SlowControl: here the is the SLOWGUI, the interface for the slowcontrol. You can check power, currents, etc ...
    5. TTCE: here you can manage the TTCE (if needed). If you want simply to control Tracker temperatures now is possible to use:
      http://pcamspg01:8000/AMI/show/tracker_temperatures/0x6c/hour (after the Q-List was loaded in JMDC [cfr. DaqNormal])
