Procedures to turning ON/OFF of a specific part of the tracker

The procedure outlined below might come in handy in case of some tracker crate was switched off. That might happen due to some power failure on the ISS. In the following I will use the situation where the crates 2 and 6 needs to be restarted.

a situation when one need to restart the crates 2 and 6
  In order to turn ON/OFF a specific crate:

  1. Go in the directory SwitchHybridsWholeTracker
    cd /pocchome/tracker/TrackerExpert/JMDCCommander/power_step_scripts/
  2. Make sure that two JINFs are ON. Ask

    cd /pocchome/tracker/TrackerExpert/JMDCCommander/power_step_scripts/
  2. Make sure that two JINFs are turned ON. (See below,)
 
  1. Execute (this sends commands):
    =my-tttt JINF_2.com=
    my-tttt JINF_6.com

  1. Check taht the JINFs are off now
  2. Use GlowGUI to check that everything is powered up properly.

Basically, you should ask LEAD Expert (M.Capell or X.Cai) for that.

You can check that the appropriate JINFS are on JINF eas:hosc feplr

To check that the appropriate JINFS are on, you can use the "JINF Pro Controller".
Launch it with JINF eas:hosc feplr , select an appropriate JINF in top-right corner and click "GET STATUS"

  1. Go in the directory SwitchHybridsWholeTracker
    cd /pocchome/tracker/TrackerExpert/JMDCCommander/power_step_scripts/
  2. Make sure that two JINFs are ON. Ask
  3. Execute (this sends commands):

    my-tttt JINF_6.com
  4. Check taht the JINFs are off now
  5. Use GlowGUI to check that everything is powered up properly.
