Marc T MAD:person detection real safety issue dangerous
Marc T pompier keys The key 'pompier' is given to the guards. Why them ? They don't even have the access right. Why not to the Glimos ?
(This does not request a technical solution, but a procedure.)
annoying
Marc T waiting queue Why is there no 'queuing list' ? I.e.: When someone is accessing the PAD, the next one cannot 'badge' to ask the access, or egress (It (does not) work(s) both ways.) --> Waiting queue becomes large.
annoying
Marc T Lack of info if the access does not work:
If access is denied because the person does not have the right to access, the system says 'Out of access zone' which is unclear to most people.
annoying
Marc T Lack of info if the access does not work:
If access is 'in process' but does not work (person not able to enter), namely, the person is in the PAD, the door in front remains closed, and the door behind does not close (I write it like this, because it (does not) work(s) both ways.) The system MUST know why it does not let the person get in. It should SAY (display) why. It would help the person to correct his/her problem.
annoying
Steve Indicator lights The Pads are confusing as we cannot tell what state the system is at- should we wait or not, this causes delays: add some status lights and signs annoying
