IB: RP need priorities for the Ramses system deployment: LHC chain + priorities for other areas due to poor reliability of Arcon and lack of funding for development of bridge to Ramses. GR: all systems are needed, any failures will result in shut down of relevant facility. To be followed up in January.
MW: Proposed additional key on door to AD target zone to limit access.
MW: CTF3 incident now closed, intervenants had film badges and door was marked as radiation zone. T.Otto presentation next week for 2009 sheilding solution.
RB: PS access and security changes to LHC type system, AB-OP have defined 7 functional zones in place of 15 machines.
GR: TT20 ventilation shaft radiation: decide on options next week, then quick project to complete before startup. Contact S.Baird to find project manager next week.
SH: Limited access for Nathalie Lebas to CTF3 klystron gallery during shutdown. Can request temporary dosimeter from Medical service and RP for specific tasks on laser installation.
MW: For shutdown 2009-10, RP would like radiation buffer zones defined for the PS. GR: need to examine operation during this shutdown, also neccesity and locations. Item for BFSP next year.
GR: Following accident at Isolde last year, a risk assessment will be made for Isolde.
GR: injury by heavy klystron shielding door in 152, risk analysis next week to find solution.
GR: Access to machines over Christmas break: should have procedure written.
