LB: TAN concption weak, Atlas ok CMS next week

LB: NTOF ventilation, control of emmisions. RB to check interlocks

LB: source berylium needs recycling

IF: PS port materiel ? Procedure TSO : no guardien, CSA control? Jose to verify with R.Brown

IF: access 4

FC: Linac4/linac2 interlocks, LB: shielding calcule, 20cm extra found 40cm more needed. Interlock on source, IF to call meeting

GR: radioprtection courses not followed: will change rule, also prp11 escorted visitor procedure

GR: reorganisation BFSP, DSOs in sector, task force accesibility LHC
