Class "TrdSCalibR" in the AMS software

- Gain Calibration, Particles (e,p,He) PDFs and Log-likelihood values

- version 2 validated / cvs committed on Nov. 08. 2011

- likelihoods restricted ONLY in the momentum range from 3GeV upto 100GeV

- presented results at AMS analysis meeting on Nov. 12. 2011

- Bug in the TrdTrackR (2011B/ISS.B530/std/1313999936.00000001.root - 2011B/ISS.B538/std/1316429804.00000001.root) =>> Use TrdHTrackR instead of TrdTrackR

- Bug in the 2011B/ISS.B530/pass2/ (1308400800, 1308402183, 1308412467) ==> exclude these three runs in your likelihoods calculators

- Bug in the TrdTrack Objects processed data samples of 2011B/ISS.B538/std/ (1314001293 ~ 1316399383) ==> use TrdHTrack

- version 3 validated / cvs committed on Dec. 23. 2011 (data period = 1305815610 - 1324099094 )

- Caution: The example of version 3 is not compatible with "/Offline/B550_patches/lib" and you need to update AMS software.


- version 4 validated / cvs committed on Feb. 22. 2012 (data period = 1305815610 - 1324477786)

- Electron PDF are split according to partial Xe pressure (700 - 1000 mbar with a binsize of 50 mbar)

- Time-Dependent TrdAlignDB(Method ID=0) used for path-length correction. (Method ID=1 from Z.Feng and Method ID=2 from V.Zhukov are ongoing)

- Caution: ep-likelihood are extended above 100GeV but used proton PDFs are corresponding to the 80-100GeV.


- version 5 validated / cvs committed on Apr. 27. 2012 (data period = 1305815610 - 1331197644)

- PDFs cover momentum range of 2 - 600 GeV

- Gain Calibration Methods(1:AC default, 2:MIT TDV, 3:AC TDV)

- Alignment Methods (1:AC default, 2:MIT TDV, 3:AC on going development)


- version 6 validated / cvs committed on July. 20. 2012 (data period = 1305817434 - 1337243095)

- PDFs cover rigidity range of 2 - 600 GV and proton, helium PDFs are also dependent on Xe partial pressure

- Trd Track Reconstruction (1: trdS, 2:trdhtrack, 3:trdtrack, 4:trdK)

- Gain Calibration Methods(1:AC default, 2:MIT TDV, 3:AC TDV)

- Alignment Methods (1:AC default, 2:MIT TDV, 3:AC on going development)
