The trigger monitor is controlled by the alitoftrg PC. The VME server
is named (/home/tof/SOFT/TRG/CTTM/test/running_server_v2) .
This process has to be killed before reprogramming the FPGAs.It can be
restarted only when reprogramming is finished with the command.
ResetCrate alitoftrg 0 :
The steps performed are:
:

when STDBY_CONFIGURED
:

• set the clock (internal/Aliclk);
  
• update the threshold for the PYGGY TOP and BOTTOM;
  
• set the thresholds for the MBT trigger,
  

when READY
:

• Check for CRC;
• VME reading of the 2x1728 scalers implemented in the FPGAs, containing the rates of each
  input channel (before and after the blocking process) and writes them in a file;
  
• VME reading of the 8 scalers containing the trigger rates;
  

The values are published on a dim server and visualized by PVSS
in the CTTM window of the TOF base panel.
