If you are in Italy you can still look at the TOF ...

• First you should connect to cernts.cern.ch using Remote Desktop and the CERN login
• from here, another Remote Desktop to alidcscom001.cern.ch (CERN login)
• another Remote Desktop to the TOF Operator Node (multiuser) alitofon001.cern.ch

The TOF_basepanel should open automatically: it's the link to all the principal subsystems panels. To reopen the panel after its closure, click on Start - basepanel.

Panel fwDEN is the DeviceEditorNavigator , the main _browser of TOF hardware and subsystems.

• in the first label (Hardware view) you can access, monitor and control every hardware device
• the second label (Logical View) is the mapping between hardware and detector
• the third label (FSM) is the main engine to operate the detector.

To look at the FSM panels, access the FSM label in Navigator Mode, right click on the top node (TOFCOSMICS2007) and click on VIEW. If the panel is cropped, there is someone else accessing it.
