No telecon tomorrow (Thursday) @ 5 pm Eastern -- I'll send a progress report this weekend

Hi all,

Nominally we're scheduled to have our bi-weekly ALTAIR telecon tomorrow, but in the spirit of this season, let's cancel this one. I'll send a new progress report this weekend (when I'll have the parafoils back from the tailor), and let's have our next Skype telecon in 2 weeks as usual.

Please stay well!

Hi all,

My guess is that you might perhaps have other things, besides ALTAIR, on your mind right now. Please rest assured that I will not hold that against you. wink One of the innumerable good things about ALTAIR is that it can wait for pandemics to end -- or at very least for ordinary trips to the grocery store to seem less like walking through a minefield.

Nevertheless, I said that would send a progress report this weekend, so I will just share a couple pictures of the tailor's excellent fix of the "belt loops" for the lightweight fiberglass frame that had previously been sewn on to the wrong side of the fabric on the vent side of the two parafoils, but are now corrected:

Thanks, please stay healthy, and just remember, we're all in this (at least!) 2 meters apart,

justin
