HammerCloud is providing service availability metrics to lemon, a notification has been configured to send alarms to the FE WLCG HammerCloud in case availability < 100 % In case of a hc_service_degraded notification:

• if hc-ai-core.cern.ch is down and you have access to hammercloud-ai-03, try to login and restart the web server. If this doesn't solve the issue, please send a text to Valentina and Jarka and contact cms-hammercloud-support@cernNOSPAMPLEASE.ch
