How to Set the Lens icon in CMS Site Status Board

• Use https version of the page and make sure your certificate is loaded in the browser
  • Only people whose DN is specifically authorized inside Dashboad DB can set the lens
  • Namely: FacOps coordinators, T1/2 liasons, SiteReadyness coordinator
    • there should be a way to get the full list from dashboard, see this request in Savannah
• go to Expanded Table view and in the column "under investigation" click on "mark" for the selected site (or click on the site name in the Index view and get only the one line from the Expanded Table for that site)
