When starting a shift period

• Make sure you are subscribed to the project-ganga-savannah-reports@cernNOSPAMPLEASE.ch mailing list. Go to http://simba.cern.ch to check.
• Make yourself familiar with the full set of open bugs.

Daily

• React to incoming reports.
• Do a first evaluation and make a reply if possible.
• Fill in empty fields like "bug type/feature request" and the planned release.
• If possible write a test case that demonstrates the bug.
• Assign the report to the responsible person.

Weekly

• Make a report to the Ganga meeting on new bugs and what you see as the top 5 most urgent tasks to deal with.

When ending a shift period

• Hand over to the next person with a tidy list of items in Savannah.
