* Tile speculated as the cause of this: A masked hot cell can be a bad neighbor to dead cell for energy correction. This feature may be leading to jets seeing a hot cell while Tile does not.
* TIle experts are confident that it is not caused by Tile because of the absence of the hot spot in the CaloMonitoring (05-Feb-2010)
