Description of the variables:

  1. run <- run number
  2. start_time <- start of the run
  3. stop_time <- stop of the run
  4. nb_data_pkts <- number of transferred data packets
  5. nb_lost_pkts <- number of lost packets
  6. bytes_on_dsk <- size of run (all packets without header)
  7. nb_spills <- number of spills
  8. cur_spill <- current spill
  9. nb_evts <- number of reads
  10. nb_hits <- number of read signals from cells
  11. run_duration_min <- run duration in minutes
  12. energy <- energy of the beam
  13. particle <- main particle in the beam
  14. Absorber <- what was inside and before the detector
  15. Angle<-information about rotation of the detector
  16. Useful.Run <- run marked as useful in the beam summary
  17. Run.Quality <- TRUE (run duration>5min), FALSE (run duration<5min), NA (elog entry was deleted, but data can be good)
  18. General_comment <- information about setup which is valid for next few runs
  19. comment1 <- information about current run
  20. comment2 <- information about current run
  21. evts.dif0 <- number of events per dif0
  22. Nhits.dif0 <- number of hits per dif0
  23. evts.dif1 <- number of events per dif1
  24. Nhits.dif1 <- number of hits per dif1
  25. evts.dif2 <- number of events per dif2
  26. Nhits.dif2 <- number of hits per dif2
  27. num.xml <- number of each configuration file in time order (in total 67 different configuration files were used)
  28. nconfig <- total amount of runs created with same configuration file
  29. config.group <- runs with same configuration ("A", "B", "C", "D", "E", "F", "G", "H")

Configuration files vs Run Number:

All used configuration files were counted in time order starting from their first usage. Runs with same configuration form plateaus (shown in colors). Runs related to same plateau can be characterised by "config.group" variable ("A","B",...,"H" by decreasing of number of runs with same configuration and "other" for <5 runs with same config) or by "num.xml" variable (1,2,...,67).
