How to run ATLASpix

Caribou Zynq board (IP address 192.168.1.10) is accessible from clictelescope and from unige-portable machines.

ssh root@192NOSPAMPLEASE.168.1.10

on caribou, run:

pearycli -r PEARYDATA/A06/scripts/NewAssembly.cfg

all necessary settings should be in that file.

For starting and stoping the run, do:

daqStart 0

daqStop 0

Data is stored in

~/PEARYDATA/data.txt

Directory /home/root/PEARYDATA is mapped to clictelescope:/data/tbJune2018/atlaspix

Firmwares for different clock speed can be found in unige-portable:/home/unige-portable/peary/peary-firmaware/outputs
