Instructions to get the indico meetings automatically exported to your personal calendar:

  1. Go to INDICO https://indico.cern.ch
  2. Log in
  3. Tip, idea Only if you have not created an API key before: Go to: My profile > Settings > HTTP API . Click on Create new API key
  4. To subscribe to a calendar, go to the category and click on the "Export to scheduling button" on the top right, and copy the link under "Permanent link for all public and protected information" in to your preferred calendar tool.
  5. Repeat for other categories.

For Example for Google Calendar:

  1. Go to calendar.google.com
  2. Click the gear icon and go to Settings
  3. Expand the "Add Calendar" section and click on "From URL"

CERN Exchange via the webinterface

  1. https://mmm.cern.ch/owa/#
  2. To to Calendar in the bottom left
  3. Expand Share > Add Calendar > Calendar From the Internet
