Title: Test beam characterization of Ultra-Thin hybrid pixel Timepix assemblies for CLIC Vertex R&D

Abstract:
To meet its physics requirements, CLIC vertex detector requires an very low material budget (< 0.2% Xo) and timing accuracy of less than 10ns. To meet these requirements, CLIC detector and physics study has produce a set of of Ultra-Thin Planar Pixel sensors (50-100um) hybridized to the Timepix ASIC. We present here test beam characterization results, using EUDET Telescope and DESY electron beam, from Advacam 50um active-edge sensors hybridized to standard thickness Timepix ASIC and 100 um thin Micron semiconductor sensors hybridized to thinned 100 um Timepix ASIC by IZM.
