Detector optimisation & DD4hep: status and trends

• Abstract: The talk will cover a summary of current results of our detector optimisation simulations. It will mention our current “working hypotheses” for some of the main parameters and will give an overview of ongoing and future studies towards a new silicon-based CLICdp detector model. DD4hep, which will be used to design the new detector model geometry simulation, will also be discussed in general.
