Performance of Pixel Phase 1 detector in the first commissioning runs in 2017

Efficiency of the HLT to match hits in the pixel detector to the trajectory of the electron supercluster. The algorithm utilizes triplets when possible, and reverts to doublets otherwise. Candidate electrons are required to first pass a loose identification based on calorimeter variables. The data used were taken during the 2017 detector commissioning period. The region in phi between 3pi/4 and pi in the barrel is a region where there are inoperable pixel modules which cannot be not readout, resulting in lower efficiency. This efficiency has been partially recovered in later runs
