Abstract
Studies of the pp to WZ jj vector boson scattering process in 14 TeV pp collisions using upgraded CMS detector configurations are presented. These studies include assessments of the discovery potential for observing standard model quartic coupling and longitudinal vector boson scattering for luminosities up to

and for observing anomalous quartic gauge coupling with luminosities of

and

.
Results
Sensitivities for SM EWK scattering discovery and aQGC. The integrated luminosities for SM EWK discovery at

and

are reported while aQGC prospects for discovery are given in terms of the

operator coupling constant
