Online Global Tags (3XY)

The following global tags are available for use online in the HLT. Tagnames end in "H" (for HLT). For global tags GR09_H_V6 and later, a corresponding global tag GR09_H_V*OFF is available for offline use (offline Frontier connect strings). Global tags GR09_H_V5 and earlier are identical to the corresponding"E" tag (for Express reconstruction) in the above list, except that the connect string for each tag points to online frontier servers rather than the PromptProd frontier server.

The conditions which are read from the database are defined in PoolDBESSource modules included the following configuration fragment:

The conditions defined through this cff are ideal conditions corresponding to a perfectly calibrated and aligned detector.

This file should be included in the cfg for any CMSSW application for which needs to read alignment and calibration constants.

CSA07 miscalibrated/misaligned conditions (compatible with CMSSW_1_6_X only)

Special FrontierConditions were provided for CSA07 in order to define expected miscalibration and misalignment scenarios corresponding to startup, 10pb-1 and 100pb-1 of integrated luminosity:
