threshold:

A threhold is the level of severity such that some destination will ignore all messages with less than that severity. threshold is a keyword that can appear in the configuration file to specify the threshold for a destination. It can have any of the following values:

  • DEBUG
  • INFO
  • WARNING
  • ERROR

See SWGuideMessageLoggerSeverities for a list of which thresholds the various message issuing functions (for exampe, edm::LogVerbatim) are associate with.
