To analyse CSA08 Monte Carlo sample, use CMSSW_2_0_7. Below is the prescription for checking out, compiling and running the code.

   cd /tmp/`whoami`
   # start a new CMSSW project area
   scramv1 p CMSSW CMSSW_2_0_7
   cd CMSSW_2_0_7/src
   # setup the environment
   cmsenv                               # a.k.a. eval `scramv1 runtime -(c)sh`
   unsetenv PYTHONPATH                  # needed at FNAL, doesn't hurt at CERN
   # checkout QCD Analysis
   cvs co QCDAnalysis                   # checkout the head for the QCD analyses
  # check out jet corrections
   cvs co -r jet_corrections_iCSA08_10PB CondFormats/JetMETObjects/data
   cvs co -r jet_corrections_iCSA08_10PB JetMETCorrections/Configuration/data
   # build!
   scramv1 b

You will now have the QCDAnalysis and JetMETcorrections for CSA08 monte carlo. In the QCDAnalysis directory you have three subdirectories: HighPtJetAnalysis, UEAnalysis and CMS.ChargedHadronSpectra.
