TQAF Event Hypotheses

Introduction

In an event hypothesis, the reconstructed objects are assigned to the partons given by the considered event topology. A particular hypothesis is defined by the rules, which are applied when determining the assignments, and by the particular topology.

The Top Event Hypotheses

Fully Hadronic TTbar

Fully hadronic event hypotheses can be added to the CMSSW process with the following tool:

from TopQuarkAnalysis.TopEventProducers.sequences.ttFullHadEvtBuilder_cff import *
addTtFullHadHypotheses(process, ['HYPO1', 'HYPO2', ...]) 
where HYPO[X] is a string identifier of a given hypothesis.
Find the identifiers of the available hypotheses in the following list.

Semileptonic TTbar

Semileptonic event hypotheses can be added to the CMSSW process with the following tool:

from TopQuarkAnalysis.TopEventProducers.sequences.ttSemiLepEvtBuilder_cff import *
addTtSemiLepHypotheses(process, ['HYPO1', 'HYPO2', ...]) 
where HYPO[X] is a string identifier of a given hypothesis.
Find the identifiers of the available hypotheses in the following list.
