V0 Reconstruction Offline Guide (UNDER CONSTRUCTION)

Structured Offline Guide common to all pages in this guide

Reconstruction of V0 particles (neutral K mesons and Lambda baryons) is accomplished within the CMSSW framework by the V0Producer module. This module takes a track collection, loops over the tracks to find oppositely charged pairs, and after applying cuts to these tracks fits a reco::Vertex to the tracks.
