• LONGTERM: Consolidate the instructions for T1, T2, T3 .

  • JOHN: How to keep stats about sites in Waiting Room?

  • JOHN: Commission T2_UK_SGrid_Bristol for MC production
    • Talked with Edgar - cloned workflows in testbed sent to Site
    • Site commissioned

* Workflow team - why can they use a site for MC although Site Readiness show it as bad?

Initially we need to analyze case by case - each site is different

Proposed plan: review SAM tests (Andrea provided links), create or update certain SAM tests if needed.

* Moving Site Config from CVS to GIT

Modify SAM tests that read from CVS - Andrea already wrote a new version of the org.cms.WN-basic test to read the site local config and the TFC from GIT instead of CVS.

* Stats about most common errors in Sites

Should be easy to do:

SAM tests already return errors - need to find out how to parse text

SAM: Andrea Sciaba to find how to extract information from SAM (SAM programmatic interface methods for metrics history and latest results)

HC: Dashboard team

Phedex monitoring: Transfers team

issue with cvmfs

look for savannah ticket

re comment - move to xrootd as local access protocol, this will prevent some preload errors.

* Adding T2_Malaysia

CMSSW - software installation

needed for frontier tests

* Follow T1_RU_JINR

confirm if the failures are due to network and not due to configuration

use this time to review configurations

* Thailand T2 in the waiting room - Work with the site to move them to production.

Check that HC samples are on site

Contact site: How strong network connection is? if decent (1Gb or up)

Activate HC glidein

Ask for commissioning links

contact site: what is their plan?

contact address from Squid - which email address

* SRM tests

Failing tests are real and they indicate a limitation in capacity maybe.

Consider a small increase of the timeout and see what happens
