Problematic Sites

  • We define a site as "problematic" when the site keeps presenting the same problems over and over, when the site shows difficulty to stay out of the Waiting Room for a reasonable time despite the efforts made by CMS teams to solve the issues, and when the site does not answer their tickets and does not solve their issues soon enough, see tickets policy.
