How does it work?

Process Chart

The ssdb system is used for Monitoring and Calculating.

  • To Monitor;
    • Ssdb reads all data from site status board (ssb) and create some results as a chart.
  • To Calculate,
    • Ssdb calculates some statistics information about sites errors. To do this calculation, Site support operator who use ssdb should save problematic sites and their errors in ssdb as a waiting room list. This topic will explain in next steps.

Site Support Database Overview

Index Page

Index page is a dashboard. The page has 3 sections.
Section 1 : Waiting Room Status in week and Drain List in Week

Waiting Room Status (metric 153) : This chart shows how many days site(s) have been in waiting room in current week. To show that, script reads all data from ssb. The script does not create any file or results. It only reads and shows as a chart.

Drain List Status (metric 158): This chart shows how many days site(s) have been in Drain List in current week. To show that, script reads all data from ssb. The script does not create any file or results. It only reads and shows as a chart.

To understand relation between Waiting room and drain, please follow this

Section 2 : In/Out Status Table, Morgue List, Waiting Room Status in current day

In/Out Status Table : When site moved into waiting room or out of the waiting room, they will been show in this table. How to modify wr list ? Please read this

Morgue List : If site is older than 8 weeks in waiting room, site should been moved into Morgue list, which means they won’t be in waiting room list anymore and present in compops meeting. How to modify morgue list ?[link]

WaitingRoom Status (metric 153) : This list shows which site(s) is in waiting room in current day. To show that, script reads all data from ssb. The script does not create any file or results. It only reads data and shows results as a chart. If morgue list is not empty, the script will prevent site(s) which is in morgue List and doesn’t put site(s) in waiting room status list.

Section 3 : Site Readiness (metric 45)

This chart shows sites readiness status each T2 sites in current week. To show that, script reads all data from ssb then calculates SR rate each site and shows as a chart.

To do this calculation, script uses this formula;
items = total days
Ready = days with R or W in metric 45
SD = days with SD in metric 45
