  • Juan will be working as a US Shifter while I am on vacation so we will have eyes on the system.
  • Welcome to Sean! He will be a US shifter, also acting as eyes on the system from FL while Jen is on vacation and putting in some service hours starting this fall.

• The "super high priority workflows" we were supposed to have gotten Monday, have yet to arrive. We haven't heard much more...

Site support

• RWTH - was in drain, I talked to John and he didn't know why it was in drain. We brought it out and I ACDC'd the WF's that were failing because it was in drain, looks like my ACDC's were successful. Who put it in drain? This is a reminder if you change the state of a site please e-log so we have a paper trail!!!!

Agent Issues

• Multiple schedd's running on several different agents
  • the "symptom" was that we were seeing lots of "No Job Report" errors over the weekend/monday
  • OK Dave, how did you discover this?
  • how did you fix this? Is this something the team leaders/operators can do or do you need special permissions? Or do we just complain to the right people?
    • at this point if you see multiple schedd's running e-log in the glidinwms e-log and email the CRC

Redeployment plan

• 98, 201 and 142 all re-deployed!

Workflows

• Still waiting on the high priority stuff we were promised last week.
• Old workflows from April still in running-closed: 16076
• Old workflows from April still in assignment approved, mostly ReReco, some Task Chain: 16078
• Old workflows from May still in assignment approved mostly TaskChain, Some ReReco: 16084

• Upgrade workflows - I did another round of ACDC's for Dave on them and got no where. Is it time to send them back to the requestors?

Rereco

• Old ReReco's sitting in complete :15703 can we move them to closed out or would you like to try to recover the last 1%. I"m thinking the data is already being used.

Store Results

• 4 pending tickets from 4 mo ago and they have been completed with the help of Alan
• no pending work
• with Savannah going down we have no way of getting requests which should make doing store results easy.
