   * RWTH - was in drain, I talked to John and he didn't know why it was in drain.  We brought it out and I ACDC'd the WF's that were failing because it was in drain, looks like my ACDC's were successful.  Who put it in drain?  This is a reminder if you change the state of a site please e-log so we have a paper trail!!!!

   * Multiple schedd's running on several different agents
      * the "symptom" was that we were seeing lots of "No Job Report" errors over the weekend/monday
      * OK Dave, how did you discover this?
      * how did you fix this?  Is this something the team leaders/operators can do or do you need special permissions?  Or do we just complain to the right people?
         * at this point if you see multiple schedd's running e-log in the glidinwms e-log and email the CRC

   * 4 pending tickets from 4 mo ago and they have been completed with the help of Alan

   * with Savannah going down we have no way of getting requests which should make doing store results easy.
