Automatic Ntuple Production

WARNING: the following information is out of date, a new system will be implemented (maybe)

Since the July2012 test beam ntuples are produced automatically shortly after a run has been taken. Runs are produced on pcdreamdaq and should appear in the forder /mnt/dremix2/

Technical details

The ntuples sre produce by a script called that is called by cron every 10 minutes. It looks at two files: /mnt/working/run.number e /mnt/working/last_reconstructed_run.number and if they differ by more that one unit it will start the reconstruction program and save the output to /mnt/dreamix2/ntuple/log/. A safety mechanism is in place to avoid having two instances of running at the same time.
