          <li> Create PDF workbooks on the fly.  </li>
          <li> Define groups and impose fine grained read and write access restrictions based on groups and users.  </li>
          <li> Make use of the many TWiki.InstalledPlugins that enhance and extend TWiki features and capabilities.  </li>
