Bug 53462 Fixed certified

Yaim failed to export the variable GROUPS_CONF when the directory groups.d was used, and GROUPS_CONF was commented.

To reproduce it, I just created the groups.d directory, commented the GROUPS_CONF variable,

In site_info: #GROUPS_CONF=/afs/cern.ch/...

[root@vtb-generic-73 yaim]# ls group.d/ groups-alice.conf groups-atlas.conf groups-cms.conf groups-dteam.conf groups-lhcb.conf groups-ops.conf

and executed Yaim, getting the error message:

ERROR: GROUPS_CONF is not set

I applied the patch and did again the same, this time successfully. So fixed certified.

Bug 53745 Fixed certified

To reproduce the bug, I just installed Yaim and cheked that glite-version was not installed. When Yaim was executed, I got an error.

After applying the patch, the error disappeared and I got instead a warning, as expected.
