The main reference here is the user guide chapter 7, especially section 7.6.1.

Probably just cover the basics: lcg-cr, lcg-rep, lcg-cp, lcg-del, lcg-la, lfc-ls, lfc-mkdir.

Also need a brief explanation of lfns, surls, SEs and the LFC
