Basically you have to follow the DMReleaseProcedure to build RPMs with ETICS then do the following on all platforms (slc3_ia32_gcc323, slc4_ia32_gcc346, slc4_x86_64_gcc346): 

source /afs/cern.ch/project/egee/jra1/datamgt/glite-release/release_env
create-dm-repo glite-SE_client glite-SE_dpm_disk glite-SE_dpm_mysql glite-SE_dpm_oracle
