Delegation framework report

All dependencies seem reasonable apart from those noted in the report:

  • mockobjects is not used by the unit test so should be removed.
  • the gLite/Ant framework build.xml files should be replaced with something simpler and more self-contained.
  • The module org.glite.security.delegation-client should be obsoleted.
