  • Regular COD shifts ar. 1 week out of 5:
This activity will gradually transform to a regional model as soon as procedures and tools are ready. When a federation joins the regional model, then they fall out of the regular COD duty. Switch to a full regional model with C-COD reduced to the essential will be achieved only after an assessment phase at a stage where 80% of federations have joined the aforementionned model

  • Prepare to regional model according to Pole 1 recommendations

Follow-up on request for changes for the OPS Manual ; get validation -- incl. feedback from pole1 5 SE, NE
Editing of the Operations Procedures Manual - Release after Quarterly meetings 1 SE, UKI
Coordination and Restructuring of the Operations Procedure Manual into " regular COD scope", "Site/ROC's scope", "R-COD" scope 1 SE for coordination, SE, NE, CERN
Training on COD procedures/Tools - Dissemination of COD activities 1 NE, FR
