Effort Reporting

All effort within the NA4 activity must be reported via the project's PPT tool. All of the effort must be consistent with the agreed NA4 work plan. Effort that is not consistent with the work plan will be systematically rejected. New NA4 participants must register with NA4 and discuss with the NA4 team leaders to ensure that their contributions are added to the work plan before starting work on the project.

Audience: NA4 participants.

Current participants and partners will be made aware of this policy through periodic reminders from the NA4 activity manager. Unregistered participants discovered through PPT or other tools will be directly told of this procedure.
