Help Desk Support

Help desk support is provided by the Direct User Support team. This team is responsible both for handling tickets related to grid usage issues (not operational issues) and for coordinating the documentation (writing it where necessary). This support can be obtained through the Global Grid User Support (GGUS) system. Similarly problems with existing documentation or requests for new documentation can be submitted through GGUS.

Audience: NA4 participants.

They will be periodically reminded of this policy by the NA4 activity manager. Links to GGUS for users are available on the main EGEE web site.
