Coordination and support of the staged roll-out of middleware updates

Monitor software problem reports in the 'Production', 'Preproduction' and 'Beta Service' areas

With the current configurations notifications of opened bugs in those areas are sent to grid-deployment-managers@cernNOSPAMPLEASE.ch

In order to change these settings contact the administrators of the savannah group https://savannah.cern.ch/projects/jra1mdw/

To set notifications the admins should:

• Select 'Bugs' tracker
• Edit Field Values
• Bug Detection Area
• Set notification on transition to 'Preproduction', Production, Beta Service
