ActiveMQ (FUSE) Support Contract
We have an active support contract (8x5) on FUSE products. Currently James, Lionel, Massimo, Christos, Konstantin and Emir can raise support requests. Please contact one of them if you need a support request raised.
Support Procedure
All support is done via the FUSE customer JIRA. Details are here :

. We fill in JIRA requests under 'FUSE Development Support' only.
Our support group is 'customer-cernds' which must be filled out on all support requests.
Using the JIRA
You can create a filter to see all CERN tickets raised by any of the CERN admins :
- Go to
Filters > Manage Filters
- Select
New
- Under
Issue Attributes
, change Reporter dropdown to Specify Group
and set value to customer-cernds
You can now save this filter.
