3.1.0 PPS Update 36

Release date: 17.09.2008

Preface

This update contains a high priority update on proxy-renewal, a new version of the BDII, bug fixes for the FTS and introduces improvement package for the lcg-CE. A new version of vomscerts and yaim-core is included as well.

Due to changes in core parts (e.g BDII) which affects nearly all nodetypes a reconfiguration and restart of all those is required.
