10 March 2009 Pete Gronbech, Ioannis Liabotis, Malgorzata Krakowian, Vera Hansper, Hιlηne Cordier, Diana Bosio, David Bouvet. ===========================================================================================================

This meeting is meant to track progress on the restructuring of the operation procedure manual.

-- Diana mentions that she has to re-do most of the modifications she has done on the wiki but that dos not prevent people to work on this. [DIBO] handles common section + regular COD document Pete mentions some editorial work on the site/ROCs document (numbering/references update) [IOLI] handles common section + site/ROCs document Ioannis mentions asks that everybody make feedback on these 2 documents. Aim is to have a proper version by March 30th.

Diana asks about how to adress the changes occuring in the monitoring tools. Ioannis answers that the procedure shall reflect this evolution as soon as they occur. Diana mentions that there is already some changes in the SAM interface that needs to be reflected in the document (e.g. from the Sam interface a given test selection goes now on to the gridview interface and then to the test history) Somebody has to check the description of the monitoring tools and verify that the description within the document matches the reality.

[PEGR, DIBO] adress this systematic work: Pete starts and tell Diana when she can check the document. [HECO, DABO] send the feedback asap by the end of this week on the first 2 documents.

[IOLI] work on the introduction section that is to describe the new structure of the operational procedure manual. Diana mentions that Ioannis has to modify the signature at the top of the document rather than at the top.

-- Ioannis asks and Diana confirms that the FCR could be used to get to the set of critical tests for the services you need; however, this is not that ergonomic as a set of critical tests by VO is not directly accessible.

Hιlηne mentions that last week James Casey refered to a classification of the critical tests sets by project "profile" and by "category : availability, operations, interoperability" within each project. This classification could ease-up the edition of the critical tests for the relevant operational documents (availability for sites/ROCs and operations for r-COD) Hιlηne asks Diana to track the timeline with SAM team and Diana mentions that if the case it would be in place before summer.

[DIBO] to update the documents with the right query on FCR to get the info on critical tests for operations and track with John Shade the update of the critical tests sets description on operations and availability.

-- Third document on r-cod/c-cod: Hιlηne mentions the comments she adressed on March 10th can be adressed offline. She just mentions that the CA release procedure has to be refered to in the Manual and that check need to be done with Romain to figure out what would be the interactions between c-cod or r-cod and OSCT/OSCT-DC.

[VEHA] to identify further common areas in the documents to put into the "common section" such as escalation procedure table. [PEGR] to send feedback on r-cod/c-cod document asap to Vera.

[all] send feedback on documents asap to relevant authors.

--PREPARATION STARTS FOR NEXT F2F MEETING: - Trainers for the pre-cod session training on new dashboard were systematically Vera and Cyril: Helene asks that SWE and CE can help. Malgorzata replied ok. Helene to ask Kai. Vera to draft a check -list on training material existing/needed together with training skeleton and recommandations for the training (small groups ...) and check it with Cyril before sending it to the pole2 list. Vera and Cyril will be there on the monday morning in case. Vera mentions that a draft of the document should be ready by March 25th to be sent out as material for trainees to read.

- Guide on new dashboard needs to be drafted for the training and incoming of new federations: Helene suggests to start from the skeleton of the ols document+ Vera ppt material.

[HECO] to check with Kai for training participation [VEHA, CYLO] to draft recommandations for material and organization on training session [VEHA] to validate draft of r-COD/c-COD by March 25th [DABO] to build the new guide for the regional dashboard by March 25th
