Resource Requests
The Resource Allocation Group (
RAG) manages requests for additional resources. To contact this group, a VO manager must open a
GGUS ticket
. To speed the request, assign the ticket to the
RAG support unit. Please include the following information in the request:
- Name of the VO making the request.
- Services and/or resources requested.
- Preferences (if any) on where the services and/or resources are located.
- Your resources that could be shared with cooperating sites/VOs.
You will be kept informed of the progress of the request through the GGUS ticket.
