Release plan for gLite 3.2

With the introduction of gLite 3.2 we plan to move to checkpoint releases (like SL4 do with SL41, SL42 etc.). This will let us periodically clean up the repo and will make the removal of obsolete services easier.

Target platforms

1. SL5 x86_64 plus some clients on x86
